Today our family continues to care the same twenty hectares of vineyards that embrace the cellar, and that four centuries ago were planted by our ancestors.
A legacy that ensures the continuity of a family dedicated to wines from the 17th century and cavas from 1965.
As well as, the exclusivity of our products, elaborated from the three traditional grape varieties of the Penedès suitable to produce cava, we grow, applying new techniques of viticulture:
Macabeo: very large and tight bunch. Gives fine wines, moderate alcoholic degree, fruity and slightly acidic.
Xarello: small and not compact bunch. Gives fruity wines, aromatic and excellent alcoholic degree.
Parellada: big and tight bunch. Gives wines with good acidity and very good aromatic qualities.
