Visit the cellars Martín Soler to immerse yourself into the history of cava. In them, you appreciate the different architectural stages, from the 17th century to the 20thcentury; tradition and innovation; aspects that make the visit a magical experience.
An expert guide delves into the process of elaboration of cava and wine, from grape reception, to the final product, while you understand why cavas Martín Soler excel in quality and in prestige.
You start in the vineyards, where you can see the three vine varieties used to produce the cava base wine (Macabeo, Parellada and Xarello).
Then, after enjoying the view of the country house from the 1616, you walk through the winery and stages of production of cava, the two underground cellars, 6m. deep, and the desk cava built with the traditional Catalan vault.
The tour ends with a tasting and an apetizer at the Tasting Space, where you can purchase the Martín Soler cavas and wines, besides various articles related to the world of cava and wine.
